1. Informational & Modeling Tools
Buzz To Brand provides decision frameworks, financial calculators (TAM, Cash Runway, Unit Economics, Capital Requirements), and investor intelligence. All calculator outputs, formulas, and estimates are generated for educational, strategic, and informational purposes only and do not constitute certified legal, financial, or tax advice.
2. Accounts & Workspace Memberships
When creating an account or workspace, you must provide accurate information. Founders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and managing invitations sent to co-founders and team members. Any action taken within a workspace by an authorized member is deemed authorized by the workspace owner.
3. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain all rights to the startup data, revenue metrics, and proprietary plans you input into our platform. Buzz To Brand retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying calculation models, software architecture, designs, and content.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Buzz To Brand, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions or fundraising outcomes based on platform calculations.
